The CLOT x Superstar “Black/White” is a collaboration by Edison Chen’s clothing brand on a contemporary-looking version of the retro shoe. The CLOT x Superstar in “Black/White” heavily modifies the Superstar’s timeless design with brogue-inspired details, including lace tassels and a stacked black rubber midsole that nods to the design of dress shoes. As for the rest of the design, the upper features a Black patent leather construction with White Three Stripes branding on either side. Perforations akin to a brogue sneaker appear between the aforementioned branding. Other details include an exaggerated shell toe, a white leather tassel on the laces, and co-branding on the tongue and heel. Underfoot, a white leather layer bridges the upper with the sole unit.
